With the COVID-19 outbreak many people are unable to leave the house to seek relief for their pain. As a temporary measure I aim to bring my knowledge and expertise into your home.

How does it work?

After you book your consultation you will receive an email confirmation including a link which allows you to connect with me through a secure video chat.

 

The initial consultation consists of

• detailed case history

• injury assessment based on movement

• a working diagnosis

• advice

• a personalised exercise plan

The follow-up consultation consists of

• progress update

• review of diagnosis if necessary

• review of exercise plan
